A note from our founder
Over the last few years, I’ve watched hundreds of people sit down at one of our workshops convinced they “can’t do anything creative”.
An hour later, they’re proudly holding something they’ve made themselves, comparing designs with the person next to them and chatting like they’ve known each other for years.
That’s the moment Gather & Create exists for.
Creativity became an important part of my own life after the birth of my second child during lockdown in 2020. In amongst the challenges of family life and home schooling, making things gave me space to switch off and focus on something positive.
What began as The Bauble Workshop quickly grew into something bigger, as clients started asking for new experiences, different workshops and more creative ways to engage their teams and customers.
I worked in marketing for over 20 years, developing campaigns and activations for well-known retail brands. Gather & Create brings those two worlds together, creating experiences that people continue talking about long after they’ve gone home.
The greatest compliment we receive isn’t that an event looked beautiful. It’s hearing someone say:
“I didn’t think I was creative, but I actually love what I’ve made.”
