The Brief

An elegant addition to a networking event

Following previous Christmas workshops together, Warburg Pincus approached us to create a new experience for their Empowering Young Women in Private Equity event.

The activity needed to feel sophisticated and relevant to a younger audience, while giving guests something enjoyable to take part in alongside networking throughout the evening.

The Challenge

Luxury, delivered in just 15 minutes

With around 90 guests attending, the experience needed to fit comfortably into a busy evening programme.

Guests needed to be able to take part in 10-15 minutes, without missing the conversations and connections that were central to the event.

Our Approach

A market-style flower display

We presented three bespoke concepts before Warburg Pincus selected hand-tied bouquets for their broad appeal and premium feel.

Guests chose from a beautifully styled display of seasonal flowers before creating their own bouquet. To keep the experience flowing smoothly, our team professionally wrapped and labelled each arrangement ready for collection later in the evening.

The Result

65 bouquets created in one evening

Over the course of the evening, 65 guests created and took home their own hand-tied bouquets.

The format fitted naturally around networking, giving guests a chance to get involved without stepping away from the wider event. The finished bouquets provided a thoughtful takeaway and became a talking point throughout the evening.
