Shipping Policy

Every Gather & Create kit is personalised and made to order, so please allow 7–10 working days from placing your order to it arriving with you.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. If you’d like an order sent outside the UK, please email natalie@gatherandcreate.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

How long it takes
- Making your kit: we personalise each kit to your order, which takes up to 7 working days.
- Delivery: once your kit is sent, it usually arrives within 2–3 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We’ll email you when your order has been sent.
Christmas orders
The last date to order for delivery before Christmas is 10 December 2026. We’ll do our best with orders placed after this date, but we can’t guarantee they’ll arrive in time.
Couriers
We send orders with Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the size of your order.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please email admin@gatherandcreate.co.uk with your order number. We’ll chase it with the courier. If it’s lost, we’ll make and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Please check your delivery address carefully when you order. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.
Returns Policy

Every Gather & Create kit is personalised to your specification, so we can’t accept returns or refunds if you change your mind. If something arrives damaged, faulty or missing, we’ll put it right.
Personalised items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Please check your personalisation details carefully before you place your order.
Damaged, faulty or missing items
We check every kit before it leaves us. If anything isn’t right when it arrives:
- Email admin@gatherandcreate.co.uk with your order number.
- Include photos showing the damage, fault or missing items.
- Please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, so we can sort it quickly, ideally before your event.
Once we’ve reviewed your photos, we’ll make and send a replacement free of charge. We won’t usually need the original item back. If we do, we’ll arrange and pay for its return.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where a replacement isn’t possible, or doesn’t fix the problem, we’ll offer a refund.
